  • CE, CDRH and RoHS certified.

LM Draw6 the latest marking software
This easy-to-use marking software is compatible with Miyachi’s other laser markers. The data made by the previous version of the software can be automatically converted. Drawings, letters, and 2D codes can be easily designed and marked by laser.

Compact design
The length of the marking head is 30% shorter than the previous model (ML-7320B).

Easy maintenance
No need to use any tools for the maintenance works.

Applications
Marking on electronic components, electric components, medical equipment, plastic parts, and silicon wafers. Black-marking on stainless steel parts. Deep-engraving of aluminum parts. Removal of coated paints on components. etc.

ML-6810A

For high speed seam welding and even cutting!

  • Features
  • MIYACHI's own developed high power fiber laser oscillator is employed.
  • Stable clean weld without heat affected area.
  • Ideal quality beam enables welding of thin films and even fine plates at high speed.
  • High efficiency fiber laser system contributes reduction of CO2 emission. (Its power consumption is approximately 75% less than the lamp-pumped laser welders.)
  • Employing long-life laser diode reduces maintenance cost.
  • Real-time Power Feedback feature ensures stable welding under optimum weld conditions.
  • Built-in power monitor supports better quality control.
  • Up to three energy sharing and time sharing. (Option)
  • Unique design which avoids influence of beam reflection on a workpiece enables straight incidence from the vertical position.
  • CE and CDRH standards certified.
  • Small footprint design saves spacing
Standard: MDA-8000B MDA-4000B MDA-1000B
Polarity switchable: MDB-4000B MDB-2000B
Two channels: MDC-2000B

Clean fine finish in a short time of welding.

Features

  • Fast current rises.
Since the welding current rises 4.5 times faster than that with the *conventional welders, high quality welding can be accomplished in a short period of time on small work pieces.
*Compared with the conventional model MD-1500E
  • No welding transformer needed
The welding current is directly controlled with fast switching by transistor, so no welding transformer is required.
  • Three control types to choose from
You can choose from three types of control - "constant current," "constant voltage," or "constant voltage and current" - to suit the workpieces.
  • Built-in pre-check function
Applying current on the workpiece before the main current, it is possible to judge whether or not there is a workpiece set on the electrodes, and to evaluate the status of workpiece.
  • Polarity switchable type
This can eliminate the Peltier effect (polarity effect) and provide uniform nugget diameters on series welding.
  • Two-channel type
With this type, it can reduce the cast and save some spaces for time difference welding.

Superior Heat Control Enables Precision Reflow Soldering

  • Precision real-time control
Controls heat temperature utilizing real-time temperature feedback from a thermocouple and heating time to perform in accordance with a programmed heat profile.
  • Large LCD
Displays both graphic and numerical data of setup values, measured values, waveforms, a schedule number and a program name all at once on a same screen.
  • Envelope limits
Displays in waveform both actual temperature and envelope limits at real time and triggers an alarm if the temperature is outside the set envelope limits.
  • Data edit keys on the front panel
Allow to edit directly the time and temperature parameters of the heat profile on the graphic display. Those keys are vertically aligned with the profile heating states from Base to Cool2 as displayed on the graphic screen.
  • IDLE HEAT and BASE TEMP
IDLE HEAT is for maintaining the thermode at the Idle Temperature when a process is not active. BASE TEMP is for providing a consistent temperature starting point for the process. These functions make it easier to obtain repeatability and to operate reflow soldering which requires more precise control.
  • Auto-switch of voltage
Automatically changes output voltage in accordance with each setup schedule.
  • Schedule name registration
Possible to name each schedule with combinations of alphabets and numbers. Helps to distinguish each schedule.
  • A variety of thermode lineups
Thermodes which meet customers’ requirements can be offered. Please consult for a design of it.
